A trained commercial artist, Carol worked in Toronto for various advertising agencies for fourteen years.    In 2006, she moved to Peterborough and became a member of the Kawartha Artist Gallery and Studio, (KAGS). She has participated in numerous juried exhibitions in the area including the Arts and Rental program at the Art Gallery of Peterborough. She received several awards for her paintings in 2010, placing first at the Buckhorn Fine Art Festival, first at the Hastings Waterfront Festival and first at the Norwood Fall Fair.    Currently she is exploring a new interest about the changing trends in what is acceptable in society today, that was considered so taboo in the early 1900's. Specifically, focusing on the the different classes, fashion and sexuality.
